- Leisure World of Maryland – Bronze/Silver Level International Standard and Latin Classes on Sunday afternoons
Leisure World of Maryland:
Amy and I are currently teaching at Leisure World of Maryland just off Route 97 in Montgomery County, Maryland. These are beginner/advance beginner classes. Emphasis is on basic steps, but these classes also will help experienced dancers who wish to improve their technique and styling. Most classes are held in the spacious Maryland Room in Clubhouse 1. Must be 55 or older to register.
Registration is open to both residents and non-residents, although residents are given preference if the number of available registrations is limited*. Residents can register for a class either online at (amilia.com/leisure-world-of-Maryland) or by calling the Education and Recreation (E&R) office at 301-598-1320 or stopping by the E&R office in Clubhouse 2 during open hours. Non-residents should call or visit the office to register. Non-residents pay a slightly higher fee.

Starting February 6 – Taught by Ron & Amy Wagaman. These beginner/intermediate fun-filled classes will teach you dance routines in Paso Doble and Rumba. Improve your lead or follow. Instruction includes both basic and intermediate steps. These classes also will also help experienced dancers who wish to improve their technique and styling. Couples and single students welcome.

Holiday Park Senior Center, Wheaton, Maryland
Ballroom Dance Classes at the Holiday Park Senior Center (HPSC) on Wednesday afternoons. Intermediate classes on Wednesday afternoons at 2:00pm (smooth) and 3:00pm (rhythm). Register directly with the Holiday Park Senior Center. Call: 240-777-4999. 3950 Ferrara Drive, Wheaton, MD 20906. Must be 55 or older to register.
Registration is available from 9:30am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday, when HPSI volunteers are available to take your registrations. Have the exact amount if paying in cash. Checks are preferred and should be made payable to HPSI (Holiday Park Seniors, Inc. Only $45 for each session. (about $4 per class)

Leisure World of Maryland – International Standard & International Latin Classes:
After teaching ballroom dance classes at the TECRO Center on Sundays for the last 14 years, we have moved our TECRO classes to Leisure World. This was done at the convenience of our Sunday dance students.
Currently classes feature International Style Standard Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango and Viennese Waltz at 1pm and 2pm . These are small group classes at the Bronze and Silver levels that allow for a great deal of individual attention.
